Sarah chalks up eight years with Lifetime in January 2024. Having bumped into colleague Lucie at an event, she was offered a job interview and the rest is history!

She started on reception, progressed into the Admin team and then on to the Communications department, and finally moved into the role she’s currently in, producing MI and data for the business.

Her best Lifetime memories are ‘any day we have a good fuddle’ (a Yorkshire term that describes coming together and sharing of food and drink).

Sarah hails from Sheffield and now lives in Dodworth near Barnsley. She has one daughter, Olivia (and a child on the way), a dog called Dixie and a cat called Merlot.

Sarah is a fan of both the countryside and the seaside, and likes taking Olivia out on family days, walking the dog, or reading her books.

She loves the fact that no two days are the same in her role. She is always involved in new projects, and is often asked for certain sets of data at any given moment. That makes her day more interesting, Sarah adds, as she has to figure out how best to gather all the information needed, feed it back or create new spreadsheets.

As for the company, Sarah says: “I work with some really great people and we all get along, share our ideas and work well together. We also enjoy socialising together and rarely argue ha ha!”

Oh, and if you ever call the Lifetime office (and it goes to the answer machine) you will hear Sarah’s voice!
