Who can benefit from the Lifetime service?

The Lifetime service is designed for individuals who want to understand their current financial situation and prospects. If you want to take control of your finances and make informed decisions, this service is for you. We help everyone, not just individuals with a high net worth. And that’s why we’re closing the advice gap, ensuring financial wellbeing is accessible by everyone.

How does the service work?

Your dedicated Lifetime coach will guide you through creating a financial plan tailored to your current circumstances and future goals. This personalised plan will be presented to you in a custom video format.

Following the video presentation, your coach will review the plan with you and address any immediate financial needs or further exploration required.

If necessary, you can schedule a screen-to-screen meeting with one of our financial specialists to receive tailored recommendations based on your financial situation.

Why is a financial plan the starting point?

A financial plan provides a comprehensive overview of your financial situation, goals, and concerns, empowering you to make informed decisions and take charge of your financial future.

Who will be my coach?

Upon registration, you will be assigned a Lifetime coach who will assist you throughout the process, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through filling out the necessary information.

What changes will occur for existing clients?

Existing clients will continue to receive the same exceptional service from their financial planner, regardless of whether they are on our Client Service Delivery (CSD) service or have annual reviews in place.

How much time is required to complete the fact-find process?

The time needed to fill out your details in the fact find may vary based on the complexity of your finances but typically should not exceed 25 minutes.

Is the coach the same as a financial planner/adviser?

Your coach is focused on guiding you through your financial wellbeing goals, preparing a personalised financial plan for you and guiding you through the Digital service. They will create a personalised video of your financial plan. If you require specific financial advice, you will be directed to one of our qualified financial planners/advisers for further guidance. This is because we firmly believe that not everyone needs financial advice and sometimes people just want to talk to a coach to understand their financial situation better, before making any changes.

When can I expect to receive the video of my financial plan?

You can anticipate receiving your personalised financial plan video within five working days after completing the online fact find process.

Is there a fee for using the Digital service?

Yes, there is a fee of £149 (inclusive of VAT) for receiving your bespoke financial planning video presented by your dedicated customer coach. If you opt for a meeting with one of our financial advisers for recommendations, there is an additional fee of £179 (inclusive of VAT).

Can current Lifetime clients access the Digital service?

Existing clients are encouraged to contact their Lifetime financial planner to discuss how the Digital service can complement their existing plans and financial goals.
