A lady in Grantham, Lincolnshire was thrilled after Lifetime helped her buy a house.
The client had applied to her own bank – where she had been a loyal customer for many, many years – for a further advance on a mortgage.
She wanted to buy a house for her mother, in order for the latter to move near her.
The mortgage was initially agreed but two months later the bank suddenly made a u-turn and declined the case without giving a valid reason.
The lady contacted Lifetime and we immediately set wheels in motion.
