Financial planner Tim says his best Lifetime memory was when he first realised the company’s sheer potential for ‘providing financial advice and guidance to the masses of people who need it’.

He says: “I feel that everyone benefits from financial advice and it is empowering to be part of a company that builds this into the core values it holds dear. I also appreciate the fact that my role enables me to meet, help and educate new people everyday.

“I help develop the review team here at Lifetime. What started as a trial has now been rolled out to more of our clients and our team is still growing. It is such a kind and friendly working environment. I’m passionate about financial advice and education for all. I’ve seen the real impact, first hand, on what a good financial understanding can do to people’s lives.”

Tim was born in Glasgow, and he graduated from the University of Glasgow after gaining a BSc Honours in Neuroscience. He then joined the Royal Air Force where he was able to fuel his love of adventure. He has been in the financial services profession since 2017.

Tim has ‘lived all over the place’ and has finally settled in Sheffield. His favourite place to go is the Alps, especially when he can go back-country skiing.

He has two kids and one cat – and likes to spend time with his family, having adventures and creating memories. He loves to do ‘anything adventurous’, and can ride a unicycle on a tightrope.

“Live like you are going to die tomorrow, learn like you are going to live forever” is what Tim says.
