Steve has been with Lifetime for 14 years – after fellow pension specialist Jeff Winter ‘twisted his arm’ to join.

The thing Steve likes best about his role is having the opportunity to meet clients and helping them plan for and ultimately secure a happy retirement by making complex matters more understandable.

He says that Lifetime has always been an enjoyable and flexible place to work. And his best memory? “It is an ongoing one,” says Steve. “It is watching the company continue to grow and evolve.”

Steve continues to live in Sheffield, where he was born, and has three grown-up children (Jessica, Liam & Shauna) and one granddaughter (Ruby).

In his free time he likes playing golf, enjoying holidays (his favourite place is St Ives in Cornwall), and watching his beloved Sheffield Wednesday.

Steve has been to over 110 different football league grounds in the UK, mostly while watching the Owls.
