*What is a lender?
A mortgage lender is a financial institution or mortgage bank that offers and underwrites home loans. Each lender will have specific guidelines to use their service, as well as differing levels of terms, interest rates and repayments.
What you see is what you get. We charge you a flat rate of £295 for the service, and that is all we will ask of you. As a bonus, if you’re a current client or use our digital service, you’re entitled to a decent discount! Contact your adviser/employer for more information.
Once you’ve provided us with all the information we need, we do the rest. That includes your paperwork, any negotiations and all the legwork, so you can relax and know you’re in safe hands
You’ll have the same adviser from start to finish, so they’ll know all your information, your situation and circumstances, and you can feel safe in the knowledge that they are fully appreciative of your requirements.
