Today’s the day – and the sun is shining!

The weather is gorgeous for the 2014 Lifetime-sponsored Barnsley Hospice Golf Day at Silkstone GC.

That will put a beaming smile on all the golfers taking part, especially those who braved the driving wind and rain at last year’s event!

Over 20 teams are taking part this year, including Lifetime, and a quartet from Barnsley Football Club.

Other companies who have committed to helping the hospice cause by entering a team include: The Elevator Company, Hilton’s Electrical, Rosehill Press, DMSQD, Abbey Veterinary Group, GM Wilson Solicitors, Cooke & Mason, The Alhambra Centre, Raleys Solicitors, AG Pest Management, Gibson Booth, Yorkshire Bank.

Who will win ‘nearest the pin’, or ‘the longest drive’?
