Thousands of employees admit they ‘need to start planning for retirement’

There are thousands of employees across the UK who readily admit that they ‘really need to start planning for retirement’.

Yet a lot of those workers don’t know how to begin that sort of in-depth planning – or who to turn to for help, guidance and advice.

That’s why it is vital that employers play their part – by doing what they can to help their people prepare, and get to grips with finance matters.

The organisations that have partnered with Lifetime are doing exactly that!

They are offering Lifetime’s innovative financial wellbeing service – which includes a financial planning video – as part of their employee benefits package.

It is certainly a useful benefit – and that has been reinforced by Lifetime’s 2022 survey of the employees we offer our programme to.

A notable 46.61% of employees who responded (ages ranging from under 25s all the way through to over 55s) said they needed to start planning for retirement.

And that’s where Lifetime’s coaches and financial specialists come in! They help employees put together a tailored plan that puts them on the correct path to realising their goals and ambitions for the future.

If you are an employer eager to provide your people with the tools required to gain financial health, then join all the other companies we are proud to partner with – and together we’ll make a positive difference!
