As alternative financial planners, we put clients at the centre of our services.
We get to know a client and discover what’s important to them. Our starting point is their story.
And so when we receive messages of thanks from people who have gone through the ‘Lifetime process’, it leads to a heartwarming feeling of knowing we are being of value!
Just yesterday our Senior Financial Planner Jane Gray (pictured below) was the recipient of such a ‘thank you’ message.
An email popped into her inbox, which read:
“May we thank you for your efforts and professionalism in helping us to get our finances in order. I know you will say it’s your job but the important thing is the way you do it and we are delighted to be a part of Lifetime – and to be your clients.”
Fellow Lifetimers Ken and Michelle have also been praised by clients in recent day.
Mortgage Adviser Ken and Mortgage Adviser Michelle (both pictured below) have received lovely cards from delighted clients who have been thrilled with the help they received for their
mortgage requirements.
