Before joining Lifetime in the spring of 2022, James previously worked in call centres, gaining 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service and Sales. He attended the University of Bedfordshire, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Football Studies.

He has a deep-rooted love for football, supporting Barnsley FC, and was a season ticket holder until the last few years. He runs a Sunday league football team, which is currently in the Mexborough Sunday League, having previously been based in the Barnsley Sunday League. This is his fourth year of running the team and he plans to get his football coaching badges.

James likes to spend time with his family and going out for meals with them when time permits.
