Elaine has worked at Lifetime for over eight years. She started off as a member of the administration team, and currently works within our Client Services Department.

She thoroughly enjoys working at Lifetime, with ‘a lovely set of people who have their clients’ interests at heart’.

Elaine is a big supporter of the company’s ongoing aim of supporting and developing their staff – and helping them grow and believe in themselves.

She gives her all in everything she does – and expects the same from her colleagues. She is a very good listener and will try to help anyone who needs her time. She constantly pushes the admin team to develop and be the best they can be, listening to their queries and putting forward their ideas to change processes to help save time and move forward.

Elaine’s ideal weekend is spent away at the coast or in the Yorkshire Dales with her family and their border collie. She loves to be out and about in the fresh air exploring new places.

She also has a season ticket for her favourite football team, Barnsley FC, and has been going to watch them home and away for years. She started watching them with her dad when she was 13 years old, and has made so many friends as, she says, the club has forged a ‘lovely family atmosphere’.

She admits that away matches might have to go on hold for a while, not just because of the Covid-19 pandemic but due to the fact that the family have committed to a new puppy!

Elaine’s other main interest is music. She loves to go and watch local bands as well as booking to see her favourite bands she grew up listening to.
