Lifetime Pension Specialist Steve Lambarth is gearing up for a long walk to the pub – all in aid of a good cause!

Rambling Steve, known to colleagues as ‘Lambo’, will attempt the well-known ‘Acorn Amble on Saturday 15th June, raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support in the process.

The ‘Amble’ is quite a hike to be fair! It is a walk from Castleton in Derbyshire to the Acorn Pub in Burncross, Sheffield, a distance of approximately 28 miles!

Steve, a big Sheffield Wednesday supporter (as can be seen below as he clutches one of his prized possessions, a small Owl…..), admitted: “You’ll recognise me on the Monday after the event – I’ll be the one who can’t walk!”

Lifetime wish him well. He’ll need that pint at the Acorn at the end of it!
