Two new Lifetimers were on hand to present a referral scheme cheque to Barnsley Hospice on Wednesday.

Amy Brown  and Giorgio Williams were only too happy to give hospice fundraiser Samantha Silverwood a cheque for £20.62 (see picture below).

Amy has been with the company for a few weeks and is currently learning the role of receptionist here at Lifetime House, while Giorgio is Lifetime’s new apprentice, and is in his first week in the administration department, after successfully coming through an interview process with us from Barnsley College.

The Lifetime referral scheme (https://www.lifetime-fm.com/lifetime-in-the-community/hospice-referral-scheme/) has proved to be a resounding success, generating over £10,000 for hospices up and down the country – and Barnsley Hospice has been the main beneficiary.

Lifetime also sponsor the hospice mascot, Oscar, and the hospice golf day at Silkstone Golf Club, which this year takes place on Friday, May 22.
