Genuine feedback from customers or clients, whether good, bad, positive or negative, is always helpful. It is important information that can be used to make important decisions.
The very best companies are where they are because they constantly search for ways to make their very best even better! They have often acted upon feedback to go from good to great!
Lifetime loves to hear from its clients. The foundation of our financial planning business has always been the strong relationships we have forged with the people we engage with. Our reputation and standing relies upon delivering a top drawer service for them.
And so it was lovely this week to receive glowing feedback from one happy client.
The gentleman kindly returned his questionnaire, which centred on his experience of Lifetime’s service and his dealings with financial planner Robert Bligh.
The client enthused: “My financial planner Robert Bligh has been excellent from the start, offering invaluable help and advice when I most need it. The documentation provided by Lifetime, and the one-to-one explanations with Robert, have been very clear, easy to understand, and has been a huge help in me making my decisions. All my current needs (and no doubt ongoing needs) have been dealt with in a very satisfactory and timely manner.”
Asked what he felt was the favourite part of Lifetime’s service, the gentleman replied: “How thorough Lifetime are in evaluating my current financial position and future goals, and in setting out a clear, realistic time path on what needs to be achieved to meet these goals.”
Oh, and the client added that he would have no hesitation in telling his friends and family about our innovative digital service!
