The Lifetime ‘family’ came together on Friday afternoon to mark a very special occasion – the retirement of their brilliant, stalwart colleague Barbara Collins.

Bubbly Barbara (pictured below) has been  with the company for around 17 years – and both Managing Director Ian Dickinson and Communications Director William Bottomley were gushing and heartfelt in their praise of a hard-working, no-nonsense Barnsley lady.

They certainly summed up what everyone at Lifetime was thinking when they both said that ‘Barbara would be very much missed’.

Said Barbara: “I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Lifetime for the wonderful retirement party.

“I was overwhelmed at the lovely comments from Ian and Bill and the generosity of everyone.

“I can’t tell you all how much I loved my gift. I couldn’t have wished for more.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure to work for a fantastic company and be part of a great workforce . I have made so many friends and will certainly keep in touch. May I wish Ian and Lifetime every success in the future.”
