Lifetime will be attending an event at Barnsley Digital Media Centre on Wednesday.

Social Media Manager Andrew Lodge and Business Development Manager David Vickers will be among the region’s leading business people gathering together on Budget Day.

The ‘Meet the Chamber’ event (10am-2pm) is being put on by Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce, and is open to all businesses.

It is an opportunity to meet local business leaders – and BBC Radio Sheffield is planning a live broadcast from the Barnsley DMC on the day.

The 2014 Barnsley & Rotherham Business awards will also be launched.

This year’s ceremony promises some exciting changes, with a new category for charities and a new Barnsley venue.

Andrew Denniff, Chief Executive of the Chamber said: “The event will provide an opportunity for businesses to meet with the Chamber and understand the many issues facing the town’s regeneration.

“This is a unique occasion and we would like to invite as many businesses as possible to come along and take part.”
