Fuel prices skyrocketing.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine destabilising the world.

Covid-19 still rearing its ugly head.

All these things have intensified financial concerns. It appears to be getting harder and harder for people to make their money stretch far enough to meet their ‘needs’, let alone their ‘wants’.

As a result reports of mental health issues are on the rise.

It is time to tackle those concerns head on, and the workplace is a good place to start, especially as more and more employees are looking at their employers for real leadership, guidance and support.

Employers, steps need to be taken to protect your most valuable asset; your people.

That’s why financial wellbeing has to be part of a company’s overall benefits programme.
