There are times when a financial adviser or financial planner can be so much more than just a professional person imparting their knowledge and expertise.
Sometimes it goes beyond just merely giving that important advice on someone’s financial affairs – and can veer into territory where showing kindness, empathy, consideration and understanding can have such a telling effect.
A financial planner can be that person; a trusted human being to turn to in a time of need.
At Lifetime our financial planners act as a guide, coach, mentor, friend and confidant to their clients.
Paul Lee (pictured below) is a perfect example of a financial planner who puts people right at the heart of his role. He always says that he is there to help – and he certainly did that recently for one Lifetime client who had sadly seen her husband pass away.
The client was so grateful for Paul’s assistance at such an awful time that she wrote a heartfelt letter.
It reads: “I would like to thank Lifetime, in particular my financial planner Paul Lee, who has shown such kindness and consideration to me following the loss of my beloved husband.
“Paul has guided me through everything connected with our investments and explained everything so carefully. I could not have managed without Paul’s kindness, consideration and help in very distressing and difficult times.
“I will continue to put my trust in Lifetime following such wonderful service.”
We are proud of Paul, as we are of all our dedicated team. We are also very proud that we can provide help, advice and support to people when they need it.
Everyone at Lifetime is committed to helping people; being of value. We are passionate about it. It runs through everything we do, as people and as a company.
If you need help with your financial affairs then we are here for you.
