Barnsley hospice will be the beneficiary of a very kind gesture from a ‘delighted’ Lifetime client.
The client, who had recently signed up for a will through Lifetime Legal Solutions, had actually overpaid by £4. The lady didn’t own a chequebook and so had paid in cash.
Lifetime telephoned the client to say the overpayment would be refunded – but the lady said that Andrew Revitt, head of Lifetime Legal Solutions, had done ‘such a brilliant job’ that she didn’t require a refund and Lifetime could keep the £4.
As a result Lifetime have issued a cheque for that amount to be sent out to Barnsley hospice – and the client is very happy with that.
