Barnsley author Jonathan Lee will ‘deliver his story’ to students at Horizon Community College on Thursday, March 13.
Jonathan is a committed speaker in the ‘Barnsley Businesses Inspiring Students’ project, the brainchild of Lifetime.
The venture is really beginning to gather momentum, with over 12 speakers having already told their tale at the College, while seven other speakers have helped out in other areas.
The BBIS project promises to be an exciting journey, one which hopefully will help inspire the future generation of successful employers and employees in and around Barnsley.
Author Jonathan was born in 1974. He has three children.
He began writing seriously at the age of nine, at which point he self-published a magazine which ran for six issues and sold more than 500 copies.
Since then, he has written a number of short stories and eagerly hoarded away journal after journal of ideas before finally writing his first novel, The Radio.
The Radio was shortlisted for The Novel Prize 2012.
He is now working on his second novel, The Page.
